Term of  Trade for Credit Account

Goods and Services

The goods or services shall be as described on the invoice or sales order for the goods or services as provided by Worlds Finest to the Buyer.

Price and payment.

The Price shall be as per the invoice provided by Worlds Finest to the Buyer for the goods or service provided.

The time for payment shall be as per the due date shown on the invoice. If no date is quoted then the payment shall be due upon delivery.

The price will include relevant GST and taxes and this shall be shown on the invoice.

Default & Consequence Of Default

Interest on overdue invoices shall accrue from the date payment falls due at a rate of 15% per annum calculated daily and shall accrue until payment is received or other arrangements are made in writing by Worlds Finest.

If the Buyer defaults in payment of any invoice when due, the buyer agrees to indemnify Worlds Finest from and against all of their costs and disbursements including on a solicitor and collections company fees relating to the collections for the unpaid invoice.

Privacy Act 1988

The buyer agrees to allow Worlds Finest to to obtain a credit report from a relevant agency containing personal credit information about the buyer in relation to credit provided by Worlds Finest.

The buyer consents to permit

1. Worlds Finest being given a consumer credit report to collect overdue payment on commercial credit (section 18K(1)(h) Privacy Act 1988)

2. Worlds Finest to notify other credit providers of a default by the buyer.

3. Worlds Finest to exchange information with other credit providers as to the status of this credit account, where the buyer is in default with other credit providers and to assess the credit worthiness of the buyer.

4.  Worlds Finest to give information about the Buyer to a credit reporting agency for the purpose of obtaining a credit report about the buyer and for the credit reporting agancy to create or maintain a credit information file containing information about the Buyer.
